What Are The Shipping and Delivery Methods?
The shipping companies we use are USPS, FedEx and UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive e-mail confirmation with shipment tracking information so that you can track your shipment and make arrangements to receive the package. Note: Shipping companies usually require a signature.
What About International (Outside US and Canada) Deliveries?
For international and special delivery addresses (i.e., APO) we ship USPS Priority mail which, depending where the package is being shipped, can take anywhere from 3 to 10 postal service business days to arrive after being shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive e-mail confirmation with an USPS.com International label number.
What Are The Shipping Costs?
We can ship just about anywhere in the world. Shipping cost will vary depending on where and the method of shipping(overnight, 2 day, etc…) per your request. Please contact us for International shipping rates.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
All orders shipped outside of the state of North Carolina are exempt from tax. However, we are required by law to charge the current sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of North Carolina.
What Are thewavecrusher.com’s Exchange / Return Guidelines?
TheWaveCrusher.com (P & T Innovations, LLC) does not do direct exchanges. If you want to return an item in its original packaging and get a different item/size/color, etc., if applicable, please place a new order for the replacement item, and contact us to get an RA (return authorization) number for the item(s) you are returning. Once we receive the returned item, your card will be credited.
Can I Return My “Wave Crusher” In My Own Box / Packaging?
There are no returns on product not in its original packaging, opened, or damaged product (we strongly urge customers insure their shipment). All returned merchandise must be in its ORIGINAL cellophane packaging. Product that is returned incomplete, used or damaged will not be accepted and the return will not be processed for a refund. If you elect to have the non-refundable product return-shipped, it will be at the customer’s expense and the return-shipment must be requested within 5 days of us receiving the product.
If I Want To Return My “Wave Crusher” How Quickly Do I Need To Do So?
Merchandise must be returned within 5 days (8 days for international orders) of the issuance of the RA# (Return Authorization Number), at which time the RA# expires. Shipping and Return charges are the sole responsibility of the customer’s. If you receive damaged product and elected to INSURE your package with the shipping company, please contact that shipping company for insurance claim instructions. If you receive damaged product and DID NOT elect to INSURE the package, we will sell you another board at a discounted rate once the damaged board is shipped back to us at the address provided with the RA#. It is the buyers’ financial responsibility for shipping the product back to us. If getting reimbursed for a return, you must ship the item via a method that we approve in advance, i.e., one of USPS, FedEx, or UPS expedited shipping methods.
What Are The Procedures For Returning A Board?
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
1. To get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) (within 5 days of the original ship date). Please email us, remember to include your name, order number and the item(s) that you wish to return. We will reply with your RA# between 24-48 hours.
2. Complete the RA Form here.
3. Verify that all merchandise is in the ORIGINAL packaging, undamaged, and sellable as “brand new.”
4. For your protection, pack the item(s) in a sturdy box. Please insure the package to protect from loss or damage. Buyer is responsible for any shipping damages/loss that may occur. Use a “traceable” shipping method such as UPS Ground, Parcel Post or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or Registered Mail for international shipments.
5. Located on your receipt is the address to ship the package back to us. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR SHIPMENT CHARGES. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR PRODUCT UNLESS YOU HAVE AN RA# ASSIGNED TO THE RETURN.
What Happens If I Ship My Bodyboard Back Via USPS, FedEx or UPS?
If you are shipping product back to us for a refund and it’s not due to error on our part or damage, we STRONGLY encourage you to insure your shipment. Customers are responsible for lost or damaged shipments to us. If your order included free items, you must also return those!
TheWaveCrusher.com (P & T Innovations, LLC) reserves the right to return any product without a valid RA# to the customer. RA numbers are valid for 5 days from the issue date for domestic orders, and 8 days for international orders.
When Will I Receive My Credit?
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the product for damages, if approved your return will be processed within 48 hours. However, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement; usually between one or two billing cycles. All other forms of payments will be refunded via mailed check, to the address provided during ordering. Please allow 2-3 weeks for mailed refund checks.
Your Wave Crusher Is Warranted For Up To 14 days From The Original Purchase Date
The Wave Crusher warranty covers manufacturers defects. The defective Wave Crusher will be replaced with the same color and style, unless inventory of that style and color are depleted. If applicable, you will be allowed to replace your Wave Crusher with the same style but any color. Replacements are FREE; however, customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return your Wave Crusher to us. In addition, you are also responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional handling fees which could be up to $40.
Three Things Are Required Prior To Receiving A Replacement:
1 – Please see the return guidelines for obtaining a RA (return authorization number)
2 – Please return the defective Wave Crusher along with the completed RA Form.
3 – Please send a copy of the original receipt or the original receipt itself, as proof of purchase.
